Observation of Rules for speedy and rapid progress:
After the initiation, having awakened the Serpent Power the Spiritual master establishes a link between the aspirant and the Divine Power in the form of the Universal Mother and then the responsibility of observing the rules rests on aspirants. However the Spiritual master often gives necessary suggestions to follow certain rules to protect him. The Divine Mother also warns the aspirant in various ways against his non-observance of rules and also at times punishes him suitably. Hence for their own interest (well-being) disciples should follow the rules recommended by the scriptures. In case, if any aspirant suffers from any consequential punishment, he should know that it is due to disobedience of the commands of his Spiritual master. Without being despaired, an aspirant with a prayer for absolution of the faults committed should continue his Spiritual practice. |
